Hi Rudy,

150 mg/Kg/day in monkey is (for 80 Kg person) 12 g/day. Even with 10X factor it is 1.2 g/day. So, without PK/PD data (difference between monkey and human) I am not sure about "similar" plasma concentration for 280 mg/day dose???

Anyway, $50M up-front from AZN does not sound to me like fully refundable in an event that ARISE fail. One point to look is manufacturing transfer milestone. IF this happen before ARISE data are out, it may indicate AZN true interest and maybe some confidence.
