Hi Rudy, 150 mg/Kg/day in monkey is (for 80 Kg person) 12 g/day. Even with 10X factor it is 1.2 g/day. So, without PK/PD data (difference between monkey and human) I am not sure about "similar" plasma concentration for 280 mg/day dose??? Anyway, $50M up-front from AZN does not sound to me like fully refundable in an event that ARISE fail. One point to look is manufacturing transfer milestone.
