While we are waiting for Oz's enlightenment,

Ruh Roh the pressure is on !!! I will do it tomorrow or Saturday. Your post and the One from brother Kenyon are exactly the direction I wanted this thing to go so I want to make a real attempt on the post and that is hard to do when my brain is trader fried during the weekdays!

Maintaining spiritual awareness in daily life is an important realization, for both an individual and a culture. That said, I'm forever trying to solve the spiritual riddle of being born into today's western world, with all it's materialism. Any and all suggestions

Here is a lil piece of what I will right on the post here shortly. Focusing on your breath is about as powerful thing of a thing you can do in terms of being Spiritual and being inward. Sounds simple but it is huge and believe it or not all over the bible.

Peace,
oz
