I'm sure you'd be happy to let a sucker like Ted bail you out for top dollar. Just tell him it will double again in 2 years and he can cash out for a $500k tax free gain. He'll have to get married first though...otherwise $250k.

BTW, I thought it was 500k/1mil as hiked by Clinton to turn all little capitalists into big capitalists and inflate US housing beyond what average man can afford.
