Did you listen to the conference call? It sounds like the Sugarland location is doing poorly due construction around a neighboring mall. Parking problems also. Construction in the area won't be completed until Sept 2006. It sounds to me that they have some operational problems and very limited control of construction of new properties. Delays delay delays in 2006 openings. Apparently sales problem in the Denver location too. Management hardly seems in control. I'd say weakness will continue. I'd be very surprised if Kona is breakeven in 2007.
