"Where is the terrorist threat??" Well, terrorists tried twice to bring down the WTC, succeeding the second time. They also flew another plane into the Pentagon and would have flown another into the Capital or WH if the passengers hadn't realized what was in the works and stormed the hijackers. And following that, terror leaders promised there would be more attacks. In fact, we know from captured leaders (Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Abu Zubaydah, that there was a second round of attacks planned for Chicago and cities on the west coast which didn't happen because of the governments quick action in rounding up people from certain middle eastern countries. Most rational people would consider this a serious indication of a terrorist threat. Iraq?? BTW, there was no significant Al Quaida link in this country before 911 and essentially none afterward....so how come we suddenly have thousands of telephone taps on Al Quaeda links now?? I'm not sure which country you're referring to above as "this country". Whether you're referring to Iraq or the US, you are mistaken. So you disagree oil had anything to do with Bush's invasion? Of Afghanistan? Yes.
