TJ, it's easy to admit to being wrong. Ignorance is my dominant characteristic as a moment's comparison of what I know compared with Google will show. Predicting the future is not a slam dunk, even with good or excellent knowledge. So it's no big deal to admit to being wrong.

Being quick to admit mistakes and escape out the side door [as I did years ago with my prompt abandonment of large tranches of QCOM, in part as a result of your commentaries] is essential to survival.

It's actually quite immodest to be so willing to admit mistakes - even positively arrogant. It implies one has so many excellent qualities that admitting to a few defects is neither here nor there. Some people are so insecure that they can admit to no mistakes and have great difficulty saying sorry.

It's also excellent to have talented people to provide ideas and points of view from different perspectives. Thanks for your long and considered services.
