I took your advice and sold 1/3 GYD. Maybe will get the chance on TK also but I need higher numbers.

TK had a nice bounce on volume today. Maybe all the loose shares are finally gone?

ralfph - I listened to McCluskey's presentation on Alamos last night:

insinc.com

I was interested to hear that they are ratcheting up the production level well beyond what they had planned earlier. I think he said they moved 67,000 tonnes of rock in a day recently. They have had to accelerate their acquisition of large haulers to accomplish this, fortunately, tires were included.

Also interesting were his comments regarding exploration. He indicated that majors, when shopping for juniors, are not interested in single deposits. They are looking for districts. They are looking for acquistions not with a 10-year mine life, but with significant exploration potential.

The presentation was given before Alamos had discovered that new bonanza-grade area, but considering everything else, that's just some major icing on an already delicious cake. I am starting to have seller's regret over taking profits on some of my position, but I still kept enough to enjoy the ride.

I also listened to the First Quantum presentation, but that is as far as I got last night. FM is a cash machine that is going into overdrive. Gotta love it.

Paul
