The results were clearly not home affordibility but home flipping and greed...owning multiple homes while making it extremely dangerous and expensive for those needing to buy just one.

Of the homes in the US, what percentage do you think are "2nd homes" or investment homes?

I love the Middle Keys, by the way. The not so well known areas off "1" between Islamorada and Marathon. Great people living down there as well.
