My mistake. Thanks for the update. I'm not sure you were wrong... 2 of the 3 congressmen from Northern VA are Republicans. Both longnshort and Fowler are locals. Its not worth fighting them over this issue. Its always been my understanding as well that northern VA is pretty conservative as a counterbalance to liberal MD and DC. In fact, until this last election, VA had a GOP governor and went for Bush twice. Usually, N. VA is the deciding vote because of its large population base as compared to the rest of the state.
