It was from the Washington Times, a great and growing Newspaper, unlike the baltimore Sun which is losing subscribers by the truck load, down 8% last quarter alone.

According to the Canadian government Web site, Canada agreed to cut emissions by six percent below 1990 levels. Canada's emissions are up over 20 percent since 1990.
