I damn near got engaged to Joni Mitchell back in 1969. We kind of had a thing going for a while. She blew it though. She wasn't home the first time I called, then she didn't return calls, but the real straw for me was; being served with restraining orders was simply not funny.

I hope she learned her lesson.
