First of all I would definitely wait a little. Right now prices are "holding up" according to official and broker information. The fact is, however, that town is full of "for sale" signs and nobody buys right now. Also confirmed by our broker friends, who use this golden opportunity to take some weeks off now and then.
In my opinion all sure signs of better deals coming up, in particular so for the buyers.
At the lower price range, however, I don't see much of a change. But anything from a million or so - single house homes in a good area - may be affected. In this area I could easily see prices discounted by 10-12% or more in a year or so. If interest levels are hiked significantly, I see more than that.

Right now I wouldn't buy, period.
