Yes, all of those. I mean, getting married - or whatever it's called these days - and buying a house right now in San Diego are both quite risky IMO ;). As for house buying any place where prices how doubled the last 7 years or so, I would advise anybody to be quite careful and only deal through honest people with a solid knowledge of the local circumstances. Like with me, for instance, if Ted would choose to buy my Point Loma priced at $745,000. A true bargain, believe me :) Taro
