I don't think this is really a problem if you have onboard storage. I "download" all the TV I watch, on Tivo at the speed which it plays at.

How long is that? And you using DSL?

BTW I agree with you......there is no way I am going to want to watch a 2" X 2" screen except maybe on a train or plane when they don't have a movie option. Some of the games are good but I think the whole tv/movie thing is just another teaser to sell more.
