I never lost money on VTSS but I lost my shirt on AMCC. Twice that is, first in 2001 and then again when I got back in spring 2003(?) when "we had the worst behind us" or at least believed so. Recall I got in at 12-14 average or so and out again at 3.50, when I rolled what was left over into ericy at about 3 something. The rise of which got much of my money back since I still hold on to my ERICY position.

I am still in with ATHR, which I believe will top at 16-17 by end of February after CES and earnings. They will announce a blow-out quarter and some other miles stones achieved. I bought some of my ATHR together with VTSS at 9.03. But also some of it 2-3 weeks too early at 12 before it hit 7 something...

My best investment ever was never intended to be one: bought a home in San Diego (Point Loma) early 1999. Doubled since then ;)
