I wonder what those charts would like over the years for the average first time home buyer. Probably an even more dramatic shift.. People had to put 50% down in 1960 and payed not more than two time annual income for a home..

My comments were not directed at you unless you are rooting for the so called collapse of the real estate market.
As far as the corruption, plutocracy, etc you refer to below, is there any country anywhere on this planet where that does not exist?
