Collier County probably...that is the SMSA is called Naples, or that part of the SMSA. Not sure anymore. That would have to be it. Anything west of US41 is very expensive. I do know someone who has had a beach house on the market for over 8M since June with no takers. It is a nice location, just north of the Ritz Carlton. Still lots of very high priced high rise condos in Pelican Bay empty with investors waiting to make their killing. Maybe they still will. MP
