Understatement of the current bubble is all the built in future ridiculously high cost of ownership on these things.

Every time I go to see these units, I have to feel humbled and shake my head... $1 mm for 2500 sf and $25k taxes and fees a year.. You want golf membership? $200k for initiation and $10k annual dues. And these units are not even on the water.

We have another tropical storm out there, Zeta. I shudder at the next hurricane season. Forecasters have said that hurricane seasons are going to be more active than usual for at least another decade — and possibly as long as 50 years.
