I predict for 2006

??????? will be near the end (more so) or past by August. We will morn his passing, even though he is a total flake, he is our total flake.

Tejek will be arrested for doing something stupid and thinking the Demo-libs would back him if he was caught.

American Spirit will continue attempting to work for one failing nudie mag after another.

Vandelay will continue to allow punching bags revolving posting privileges.

TideGlider will consider retiring within 6 months past the end of 2006 and will be even more rich than Kenneth could imagine. Not only that with a retirement that he could never dream of having.

Cyberken will have been correct with most of his predictions, just as he was for the last several years.

Watson will have created the Ultimate Moron detector.

Buddy will still be right about everything he posts, even when he is wrong.

Chinu will open a cheap motel with cheap carpet impregnated with curry stapled on the walls.

Tonto will continue to be rich and pleasant to people he thinks are stupid. His son will assume much of the business presence while Tonto takes a greater interest in teaching economics.

Former Governor Dean will do something even more incredibly stupid.

The Dems will attempt to shake off the extremist BSers and the mindless ones will show themselves for the mindless morons they are and realize just how small their group is.

jlallen will be elected to the US House of Representitives.

One Man's 'Terrorizing'
Earlier this month, as we noted(http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=21987504), John Kerry* accused U.S. servicemen of "going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children." We guess this report from CNN is an example of what he means:

When troops from the Georgia National Guard raided a Baghdad home in early December, they had no idea that their mission in Iraq would take a different turn.

As the young parents of an infant girl nervously watched the soldiers search their modest home, the baby's unflinching grandmother thrust the little girl at the Americans, showing them the purple pouch protruding from her back.

Little Noor, barely three months old, was born with spina bifida, a birth defect in which the spinal column fails to completely close. Iraqi doctors had told her parents she would live only 45 days.

But she was tenaciously clinging to life, and the soldiers in the home--many of them fathers themselves--were moved.

"Well, I saw this child as the firstborn child of the young mother and father and really, all I could think of was my five children back at home and my young daughter," Lt. Jeff Morgan told CNN from Baghdad. . . . So Morgan and his fellow soldiers began working to get Noor the help she needs.

Doctors at a U.S. military base examined Noor. Georgia's Sen. Saxby Chambliss worked to speed the visa process, and an Atlanta physician, Roger Hudgins, has promised to operate free. Lifeover Ministries (http://www.lifeover.org/world.htm) reports that the girl they call "Baby Nora" and her grandmother "have airline reservations to arrive in the US." The link includes information on where to send donations to help with medical and personal expenses. Act by Saturday and you can claim a deduction on this year's taxes.

Maybe John Kerry could write a check as a small gesture of apology to the American servicemen he has slandered over the past 35 years.

* The haughty, French-looking Massachusetts Democrat, who by the way claimed that U.S. servicemen "personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned on the power, cut off limbs, [blew] up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside" in Vietnam.

One more example of Kenneth E. Phillipps violating the articles of the Bar in the state of Washington.

It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to:
courts.wa.gov
(a) Violate or attempt to violate the Rules of
Professional Conduct

(c) Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud,
deceit or misrepresentation

(i) Commit any act involving moral turpitude, or
corruption, or any unjustified act of assault or other act
which reflects disregard for the rule of law, whether the
same be committed in the course of his or her conduct as a
lawyer, or otherwise, and whether the same constitutes a
felony or misdemeanor or not; and if the act constitutes a
felony or misdemeanor, conviction thereof in a criminal
proceeding shall not be a condition precedent to
disciplinary action, nor shall acquittal or dismissal
thereof preclude the commencement of a disciplinary
proceeding;

The above is fact in that I have never posted anything suggesting I hoped for " another terrorist attack in the US"

What criminal intent or mental defect causes Kenneth E. Phillipps who has posted a claim to be a lawyer and member of the bar in Washington state is beyond me.

I consider the post listed below to be libel.

Thomas, Stop hoping for another terrorist attack in the US. It's not patriotic.
