I love Florida and I hate what they've done to it. We spent every summer there when I was a kid. I remember what it was like 25 years ago.

Given what's happened of late I think inland more northern markets like Ocala and Tallahassee correct last. It'll be interesting to see how many more people want out before hurricane season..
