I don't see anything about Phenomix, a private company founded a few years ago, having a license to the Prosidion/OSI patent estate for DP-IV inhibitors. Wondering if we'll see such an announcement. Four of the six licenses granted have been to major pharmas; I can find no information on the first two granted. Anybody know?
