I think that the citizens of each nation should build their own. Furthermore, I think that US corporations should help foreigners in foreign nations build their nations and that they should make good profits doing it. I'm all in favor of CocaCola and IBM (just to name two of a very long list), and I think they are far more effective at advancing US interests in the rest of the world than the US military. -- Carl
