Ted, don't worry about it. You have enough worries trying to buy a house in a downturn. It will be like HAVING to buy a .com stock after Y2K. On the contrary, the Seattle market is not that overvalued....maybe 18%. That's chump change. I was hoping that it was more overvalued. Plus, Boeing is having its best year in ten. How many people do you think they will hire? Boeing may well screw up the great deal I was hoping to get when I decided to buy. Now I may only get a good deal. <G>
