"Imagine being a long-standing homeowner and having a nasty little pit bull like Hank move in next door."

Funny you should mention that since I have a dog that is half rottie and half pitbull. A real sweetheart if I'm around. If I'm not, then you get what you came for.

As for my "dull" investing acumen, this will be my 4th house in 15 years. I don't flip. I buy below market, improve, and then move on when the timing is right.

Everybody needs a roof over their heads. Mine simply makes me money along the way.

Dull? I have a PhD in Biochemistry idiot. What is your claim to fame?

Imagine being a long standing homeowner and having a boring loser like Schnullie move in next door. At his rental-warming party, he regales his guests with stories of how this real estate bubble is bursting and quoting posts from this thread from the past 4 and a half years. His smug yet bitter invective barely hides the fact that he missed the boat yet again, and is insanely jealous of anyone who had the balls and the foresight to hop on.

Hank: No success stories allowed here. They don't believe it, they can't believe it, they won't believe it. Other than that, they are completely open minded investors searching for the truth.
