It certainly is humorous how anything that runs contrary to your, the sciontologist's, or any of the other couch-bouncing SI bullslingers *'WWW Bash du Jour'* is promptly defined as SPAM, HYPE, or whatever.... Yet, any discussion or public available document that presumably contravenes, or interferes with your collective dribbling detrimental diatribe against any company or person is immediately perceived as a direct threat to your "..First Amendment.." rights to be World Class rectal orifices - under the guise of your self-appointments as Jr. Assistant pseudoStockKop Wannabe's. That must be why SiliconInvestor has recently instituted the "..Bull's Board.." concept, so that not everyone here has to put up with the spazmodic slam spam, the salaciously slanderous sputterings, or pay any heed to your vacuously veiled threats. Nor do they have to further entertain the inane innuendo from empty-profiled "..Ghosty Posty's.." who's manipulative horsepucky has been laid out there in the public realm for all to see. You're a joke, Mitchell. You and your buddies all have hidden agendas cloaked under the guise of stock board vigilantism. And, it appears that both many of the companies and the courts involved are starting to take care of both your and your compadre's problems. Quoting Flo, "...Kiss my grits...". John :-) .

I refrained from suing Mr. Hollen in the past due to the large number of defendants (16 corporations and individuals) already served. Now that Alec Defrawy and several others are in default, having admitted their guilt, I would have no trouble having a process server attend Mr. Hollen's home or business. I have graciously granted Lou Pearlman and his close associates an additional few weeks to file their Statement of Defence before I note them in default as well. If Alec Defrawy wasn't such a cheap dweeb he would have actually bought and read my latest book. When he does, he will not likely care for the chapters highlighting his fraudulent and depraved behavior. Les Henderson
