Umm, let's see. Because under our form of government, they are answerable to us? Because our system of checks and balances require it?

Ok, you have made it clear you are more comfortable with a dictatorship. But some of us like the way the country was originally created. You seem to be more comfortable in Cuba or the old Soviet Union.
