I have health professionals in my family and in my circle of close friends. I have judges in my circle of friends. I HAVE talked with parole officers and rehab people in my line of work. I have not heard them express the sentiments you have said they do. In the past I have seen you create opinions which you present as "fact" and I have seen you be quite wrong. Since I have personal experience in this area that directly contradicts what you are saying, of course I don't believe you.
