What vireya said...the chances for a multi-bagger (within 12 months) are higher with a penny dreadful than a Teck Cominco, Newmont or Phelps Dodge. I think that you are correct, the preference seems to be strongly in favor of the little ones, but the back of the drawer is a good place to keep a few that you don't have to worry about, imo.
