That article was pretty good. It also begs the question if SW Florida is such a uniques area with sound demographic trends and such great wealth that can easily afford the prices these days why are most still using ARM's? Answer in my mind is either they really can't afford to make payments on a real loan or many have leveraged themselves with way too many properties hoping to be bailed out by appreciation on the back end.
