Yes, you were close. Don't you think the fundamentals are catching up to the price by now, though? This thing is looking cheap to me. Maybe 2006 is the year large caps in general, and Cisco in particular, take off. What do you think? It sure is getting late in the business cycle, though.

2006 is a tough call. There is too much pessimism now, but looking at a whole year, with interest rate and political risk, I expect a slow adjustment toward fair value.

In normal interest rate environments, P/E's range from 12 to 16 or so. So we are slighly on the high side. Stocks of companies that have made forward looking projections with options expenses have gotten hit enough for me to think the full adjustment has not yet been made. So as of today I think CSCO will be down 6% to close 12/29/06 at $16.09.

That's my guess, Mindmeld.
