Russia has a gas pipeline through the Baltic states, in addition to the one through the Ukraine

-- but they're raising the gas price to market in the Baltic states next.

I love the Russian paranoia about Poland's influence in the Ukraine - its just so very Russian.

Are not Russian efforts to charge Ukraine full market prices for gas similar to what the US supported IMF has done many times when extending financial aid -- namely ending or reducing subsidies on things like food, electricity, and fuel?

Maybe the anti-Russian Ukranians can ask Greenie to run the printing presses a little faster to pay the bills.
