Steve, My point to you in my original post(s) and again when I posted was that you have tossed around comments such as "illegal" and "unconstitutional" in connection with the NSA warrantless issue. I merely asked how you reconciled those comments with the article by John Schmidt (a former DOJ official from the Clinton Administration), who concluded that the program is not unconstitutional nor was is it illegal. You chose not to comment and continue to refuse to comment. Change the subject if you wish. That's your prerogative As for political trends in South America, I'd say that is something people here do have an interest in and at some point will discuss. The fact is, however, that posters on this thread generally, but not always, comment on and discuss political trends andd events in the United States. Happy New Year.
