Why would Bush claim that our National Security had been breeched if in fact it hadn't been....????

I offered you three potential reasons. Were they not clear? Perhaps I should have numbered them rather than putting them together in the same paragraph separated only by "for one," "for another," and "and then"...

Ask them what the ramifications of the leaking is

Sure, I'll just check my rolodex and give them a call...

Seriously, with all the chatter about this, don't you think someone would have asked that question? Or volunteered some hypothesis? I haven't seen any. It seems that his buds just takes his word for it. Or they offer the "common sense" diversion/non-answer that I got yesterday. The Bushies just take it on faith and the Bush-haters assume he's up to no good. No one seems to be asking or offering how this breeched national security or how it might have. Other than awkwardness and diversion, I can't conjure up anything. "Which cat?" remains unanswered.
