PLNI under the name PLNI has made no SEC filings to date. Why would Turek start now?

Turek using the SEC in his press releases could get him in hot water if no filings have been made. I'm sure someone will report this to the SEC.

This was a statement that I pulled off of RB today.

any comments?

I asked Rodney Marvel at Big Apple why it needs approval. About two weeks ago. He said that at one time, Promold was publicly traded (can't remember if he said OTCBB), thus SEC must be informed. I've not established to what extent this is mere notification or whether it's a tough hoop to jump through.
