John, you are correct. Here's the path TS&B-->CALI-->SVXP

Here's the old management(cost me $1.00 @ the SOS)

Director CHARLES GIANNETTO 7380 SAND LAKE RD Orlando FL 32819
Director JAMES E JENKINS 7380 SAND LAKE RD Orlando FL 32819
Director JAMES V SADRIANNA 73809 SAND LAKE DR Orlando FL 32819
Officer JAMES E JENKINS 7380 SAND LAKE RD Orlando FL 32819
President JAMES E JENKINS 7380 SAND LAKE RD Orlando FL 32819

Secretary DAN N THOMPSON NO 10 GUNNEBO DR LONOKE AR 72086
Treasurer CHARLES GIANNETTO 7380 SAND LAKE RD Orlando FL 32819

However, NONE of these guys are still on the board. Everyone of them "resigned". Either they have had a real management change....or it's a very good ruse...the jury is still out.

I gladly congratulate 'rrm' on his shrewd timing. However, it looks like a good time to move your SVXP bucks over to PLNI, or something, tomorrow morning..!!!

Actually John, the 10Q was posted when you started the board. I found it on pinksheets, and posted the 9/30/05 numbers. It didn't have the 250B number. The 8-K wasn't posted on pinksheets at that point in time. The cue here was and is all the insider buying. My personal preference is to shy away from any penny with an A/S of over 50B shares. Anyway, now that the 8-k is visible, we all know what the landscape looks like and that will help in buy / sell decision making.

Sorry if some don't like the news, but it's better to have the correct A/S and O/S listed.
