I would have thought LB already solved that problem for you. Not even close. That was a fine attitudinal statement. He was clear on where he stands. But it didn't even begin to answer the question of what actual damage might have been done to our ability to intercept messages. I understand the 'tude just fine. I also know the difference between expressions of attitude and critical examinations of actual risk/damage. The latter remains not only undefined but apparently unexamined due to perceived irrelevance.
