These two at least are inaccurate or incomplete: <No change of season No trees except mangrove swamps> actually there art two quite distinct seasons: rainy and dry. There is a huge variety of trees that flourish in South Florida In addition to several very nice native trees (Live Oak, Gumbo Limbo, Mahogany, Lignum Vitae etc etc), there are thousands of varieties of fruits trees, palms and flowering trees.

You forgot the crime, low wages, lousy public schools, lousy public services due to lack of funds, and being surrounded by elderly people, illegal immigrants and rednecks.
