Yes, I accepted that. I also recognize that the distraction of this discussion is not helpful. And that any challenges to Bush make him look weak to their minds. All those are problematic. I'm not suggesting otherwise, just wondering about the scope.

With this particular type of information, one would assume that they would have maximized caution about how they communicated even without confirmation. I would think that the effects of this confirmation would be marginal, at most a couple of cat whiskers, not a whole cat. It's not like they learned something brand new.

The problem is going to be that it will become known that thanks to our technological prowess, AQ communicates via couriers or other means which are secure from electronic snooping. Thus, the data mining will be seen as the equivalent of using a B-52 against a mosquito.
