T, is RYVNX any better than levered bear funds (eg. USPIX)? (I have very limited experience with these funds)

I thought that since expense ratios are similar, putting $xxx into RYVNX is the same as putting $xxx/2 into USPIX. RYVNX has 0.25% 12b1 fee, USPIX does not - the only minor difference I see.
