Emile > Act of hatred or just an act? It's an act of hatred -- but against their neighbors. It's perfectly clear that the perpetrators of the crime and the beneficiaries of the "vandalism" are the Barbers themselves. By framing their neighbors for a hate crime, they believe they are able to suppress any complaints about their kennel and the dogs. The police know it, the neighbors know it -- and I know it -- and I'm 10,000 miles away. They would do well in Israel -- or in the US government.
