people building new houses when they retire. There are a lot of people who do that around there too. Some build houses way out of town, so they are a bit more afordable. The trouble is, I know several who build their dreamhouse on several acres about 30 miles from civilization. Then their health takes a hit, and they are 30 miles from all the doctor appointments they make. I think that is the fast road to the nursing home. Once I don't have to commute, and our children don't need the suburban schools, we will probably move toward the downtown. TP
