Speaking of the DTCC...have you seen this yet?

Part Two of Patrick Byrne's (CEO of Overstock.com)"Dark side of the looking glass"

Unbelievable...I'm beginning to understand your passion for this situation. After watching this it reminds me that something must be up with the system, because I believe in the principle that good entities tend to operate in the light, and bad entities tend to operate in the dark. Since the SEC and the DTCC won't show us what's going on, there is almost certainly corruption...and probably gross. Systems that aren't supervised always corrupt...that's just life on this plane. I am concerned about the SEC, very concerned about the ex-clearing system, almost afraid of the DTCC. IMVHO, if the ex-clearing system isn't monitored, then it's self-will-run-riot...and that ain't good....trust me.

Here's part 1 for those that have not seen it....IMVHO, any serious investor should at least hear him out.

P.S. Know what else drives me nuts. Naked shorts (AKA Robberies) have driven down prices on stock for decades and now the SEC is going to just say "just forget about it"...like we aren't owed one MAJOR CORRECTION in the market! And then to add insult to injury by simply calling it "grandfathering"....man, I haven't been this mad since VWKM began it's massive dilution campaign back in October.
