Clinton DID NOT do what Bush did. Clinton worked with the FISA court and the congress, legally, openly and honestly and according to law. Bush intentionally avoided following the law, then lied about it a few weeks ago, and must have some deep, dark and very disturbing reasons for doing so. The Supreme Court has already ruled 9-0 that what Bush did is flagrantly illegal. 9-0 including the conservatives. Now you may believe Bush was after Al Qaida. DOn't believe it. There would be no motive for him to avoid FISA and congress if he were after legit targets. No, this was much more secret, the kind of thing Nixon used to do, but probably a lot worse. Like spying on the Kerry campaign. Like doing his best to rob our democracy of checks and balances and helpm himself and his cronies get richer and more powerful. Off with his head. This is very-very impeachable, and if you don't believe it, who cares? You're just plain wrong.
