Re: "The fact remains...." I took no position on any of that. I was merely pointing out that the Senate Intelligence Panel was RESTRICTED in it's investigation. Their mandate SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED any investigation into what the administration did with the intelligence that was provided to them. I simply pointed this obvious fact out to JL when he claimed that this investigation 'cleared' the President of 'misusing information'... a claim obviously in error as they were not allowed to investigate or speculate in this area.
