Most union members are unlikely to read the reports. Unions do not benefit the best employees. Unions benefit those who would not remain employed if not for the union rules. Unions benefit those who would be paid much less than their harder working peers without rigid seniority based remuneration. The young smart and hard working are not the ones who support the unions. Yet members do not kick the unions out. Is it because those who are motivated and intelligent find employment in industries and fields where union membership is not required? Publishing the political donations and financial abuses of unions is like preaching to the deaf. It is still a good idea.
