no - I must have picked it up when I first started following it. I would guess that the TA made a mistake. Phone calls to TA's lead to mistakes a high percentage of the time.

I'm just guessing though.

rrufff - the 400 million comes directly from the Wyoming corporate search website. The NEW corporation started with 400 million shares.
