Buddy, The freedom fought for, and won, by American forces, is for American citizens. Anyone else should look to the country of their citizenship for whatever freedom they want. We're not their baby sitters. In Iraq, we have been trying to give them the chance for a democracy, and the tribal conflicts, are screwing that up, but we are there, and need to stay there until it's over. Our troops do not turn tail, and leave.

There cannot be any universal concept unless all of the parties, nations in this case, agree to the rules. That is not happening, so your comment has no basis in truth, or possibility.

Yes, humans are humans, but all humans are not alike. Not in culture, religion, customs, etc. We are on a world of differences between the peoples of the population of this rock. Far from it. To hell with the world being more alike. That sounds like you want a one world government, and I will fight however I can to prevent such a travesty.

<<I think freedom is a universal concept, and humans are humans.

The world is more alike today then it was in the days of our founding... so, mark me down as disagreeing with what you said.

Freedom is for everyone.>>

Including all those in Iraq and the entire Middle East. That is the goal and we're on the way.

"I think freedom is a universal concept, and humans are humans."

Buddy made some sense today. You sound just like George Bush. Good job Buddy!
