My friend is with a carrier that has not yet declared bankruptcy. The pilots agreed to a couple rounds of give backs. The majority recognise that their interests are intertwined with the interests of their employer. He has enough seniority now that he finally jumped to international routes. He got in with the carrier, and watched several other carriers pilots come in with reduced seniority.
