Forget the weasel talk. The Euros get it. They have a chance to deweasilize. We will see how iran deals with the russian offer other than negatively in the press. If they insist going their own way, i do not believe there is any way to avoid US action. This doesnt thrill me because iran is capable of setting loose their own terrorists and playing the oil card. The real predicament is how we get the pro-west modernists onboard with us when we are going against their nationalism. I think iranian youth are pro-democracy like the chinese students but also highly nationalistic and that is something the chinese regime uses and that the iranians are now trying to use. Dangerous times indeed.
