No problem. If a few Democrats tried to behave like the corrupt Republicans, they deserve to end up in the slammer too!

The corruption scandals are 99% rightwing GOP. I have seen no evidence that any democrats nor moderate Republicans did anything illegal regarding any of the Abramoff or other bribery scandals. Abramoff did contribute to some democrats, like Harry Reid, but it's not illegal to accept money, only to do something in exchange for the money. Harry Reid was asked about it by Wolf Blitzer and seems to have nothing to hide whatsoever.

One of the reasons it's a GOP problem is that Delay hoarded that Abramoff money for himself and his rightwing cronies and tried to forbid any money going democrats. Now that greedy manipulation's going to bite DElay and his pals in the butt. And bite hard. As many as 20 Republican congressmen may be going down the tubes on this. Plus more in the Cunningham and Texas investigations. Add Plamegate to that and you have a perfect storm of trouble for the rightwing GOP.
